Infant/Toddler and Parent Play Groups
The Infant/Parent and Toddler/Parent Play Groups offer very young children and their parents/caregivers the opportunity to share focused, guaranteed play time together in a safe, nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment. The program strives to: enhance the emotional, social, physical, language and intellectual development of the children; expand the parents’ knowledge of child development and appropriate expectations for their children; strengthen family relationships and parenting skills; provide modeling of effective non-physical discipline; and early intervention as needed. Small groups meet one morning per week during the school year.
