With more than 35 years of experience in marketing and communications, Jepsen-Lozano currently leads a marketing team of more than 100 Deloitte professionals. In her role as transformation officer, she is also responsible for guiding Deloitte’s marketing organization through its transformation to a world-class marketing and communications organization, a journey begun in May 2015.

As a senior marketing leader, Jepsen-Lozano has been instrumental in the advancement of Deloitte’s marketing efforts since joining Deloitte in 1984. Her accomplishments include development of Deloitte’s account-based marketing (ABM) program that delivers marketing support for key accounts, including account-specific marketing plans and customized client-facing deliverables.

Previously, Jepsen-Lozano led Deloitte’s regional marketing organization in the United States. While in that role, she built a team of 200 marketing professionals in India to support and complement the U.S.-based team. Her responsibilities also included leadership of Deloitte’s community involvement and alumni relations programs.

Prior to her regional marketing leadership role, Jepsen-Lozano led a national team that supported Deloitte’s largest new audit pursuits, served as the first national marketing director for Deloitte’s audit practice, helped build a new marketing and business development structure throughout Deloitte’s U.S. regions, and managed regional and office-centric marketing activities.

Before joining Deloitte, Jepsen-Lozano held management positions at Equibank N.A., ascending to assistant vice president of community & government relations. She began her career in communications at Allegheny General Hospital in Pennsylvania, and is a graduate cum laude from Middlebury College in Vermont. She is married with two daughters.
