Lisa Jepsen-Lozano, a retired managing director of Deloitte, has more than 35 years of experience in marketing and communications. In her 33 years at Deloitte, she was instrumental in the advancement of Deloitte’s marketing efforts. Her accomplishments include development of Deloitte’s account-based marketing (ABM) program and leadership of its regional marketing organization in the United States. She also built a team of 200 marketing professionals in India to support and complement the efforts of the U.S. marketers.

Prior to her regional marketing leadership role, Jepsen-Lozano led a national team that supported Deloitte’s largest new audit pursuits and served as the first national marketing director for Deloitte’s audit practice.

Before joining Deloitte, Jepsen-Lozano was assistant vice president of community & government relations at Equibank N.A. She began her career in communications at Allegheny General Hospital and is a graduate cum laude from Middlebury College in Vermont. She is married with two daughters.
