With more than 25 years of experience in sales, finance and marketing, Tom Dodson currently works as a Vice President / Account Manager for an IT staffing firm. In his role, he is responsible for major accounts in the Pittsburgh, PA and Charlotte, NC markets. Since joining CompuGroup at inception in 2009 the company has grown to over $10M annual sales. Previously, Dodson spent 15 years as commercial lender with an emphasis in real estate and small business lending. While in that role, he helped numerous clients secure financing and helped their businesses grow.
In addition to his position at the company, Dodson volunteered for 6 years at Bridgeway Capital, a small business non-profit that helps bank lend to clients that otherwise may not be approved via internal loans or SBA loans. Dodson served various roles on the Board over the 6 years including President, Secretary and member of Audit and Loan Committees.
Dodson graduated from Grove City College and is a life-long resident of Bethel Park. He is married with three children.
